Project description: Firma L4 conducted full technical monitoring of the Galleria Riga Shopping Centre, using visual and non-destructive methods. All risks related to construction processes in relation to the safe use of the building were evaluated. Under the auspices of the contract, visual technical monitoring was carried out of eight floors above ground and two floors underground, load-bearing structures were inspected on a random basis, using non-destructive testing methods, and a corresponding report was prepared. Analysis and expert evaluation of the available construction documentation was carried out, along with construction documentation identification and archiving work. Total area of the building: 35,999.1 m2.
