Supervision of construction works “Restoration of the road overpass, pedestrian and bicycle path construction works and deformation joints in Sigulda”

Project description: At the end of 2022, the construction works in Sigulda on the main national highway A2 Riga – Sigulda – Estonian border (Veclaicene) km 49.90 were completed. It started to be built in 2021. Within the framework of the project, the old overpass, which was in unsatisfactory technical condition, was demolished and a new monolithic reinforced concrete overpass was built instead. Two driving lanes and a pedestrian and bicycle lane have been built on the new overpass. The cost of the project is around 2.5 million euros.
