Project description: during the project implementation period, traffic organisation was completely changed Slāvu ring road traffic system, with the construction of a flyover connecting the Slāvu crossover to Lubānas Street, a flyover connecting Krustpils Street to Piedrujas Street, flyovers connecting the Slāvu ring road to Slāvu Bridge and the Slāvu Bridge flyover to Krustpils Street. Power grids and low voltage grids were completely rebuilt, along with water mains and sewerage networks; a gas main was built and the heating network was rebuilt. Total construction work contract costs: EUR 186.94 million.
