Project description: In the center of Riga, at Tērbatas Street 72, the construction of a multi-story residential and commercial building has been completed. The new complex offers modern, fully equipped rental apartments ranging from 31.1 to 123.2 m², providing a wide range of options to meet various residents' needs. The project placed a strong emphasis on environmental preservation. The land featured an oak tree that was over 100 years old, which became the central element of the courtyard. To ensure its lifespan, careful measures were taken during the construction process to protect the tree, including the installation of an automatic sprinkler system and constant root monitoring. The construction was carried out in a dense urban environment, posing challenges for logistics and material supply to the site. Considering the groundwater level, innovative solutions were used, including concrete additives that ensure waterproofing the area and protect the building's underground from moisture. During the construction process, the foundation was reinforced, and a deep pile system was installed to ensure the building's stability and durability. Monolithic reinforced concrete was used in the building's construction, ensuring high sustainability and operational safety. The facade is finished with stone composite tiles and two-tone decorative plaster, harmoniously integrating with the surrounding architecture. The parking lot under the building was equipped with a green roof, which not only improves the urban environment but also serves as an effective waterproofing solution, protecting from condensation and moisture leakage. The outdoor area has been landscaped with greenery, relaxation zones, and a children's playground, creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents.
