Project description: Elemental Business Centre is the latest, most energy-efficient, and sustainable Class A office complex in the Skanste district of Riga, offering 21,000 m² of leasable space across two interconnected ten-story buildings. The design and construction of the building incorporate the latest-generation technologies, providing businesses with an environmentally friendly and comfortable working environment. The connecting section of the buildings features a pyramid-shaped 3D parametric glass facade, which is the first of its kind in Latvia. The innovative glass panels not only create a unique visual appearance but also reduce solar heat and light intensity, optimizing the microclimate and energy consumption of the interior spaces. Energy panels were used in the construction, capable of providing up to 72% of the building’s heating and cooling needs, significantly reducing heating costs for tenants. The complex stands out with its exceptional architecture and modern technical solutions, ensuring a top-quality indoor climate. Elemental Business Centre is the first project in Latvia to receive the BREEAM Outstanding certification – the highest possible rating on the international sustainability and environmental friendliness scale.
