Training courses and seminars
Regular employee competence enhancement and qualification improvement is a warrant of successful and sustainable development of the company and its professional team. The Training Centre of Firma L4, which is an officially registered and licensed adult training institution and a member of the Latvian Adult Education Association, offers training seminars specialized in competence enhancement for:

- construction work supervisors and managers.
