 The successful and continuous development of the company and its services is based on the high level of staff professionalism, which is ensured by constant care about employee qualification improvement.

	Work quality and satisfaction of our clients with the accomplished have always been of high significance to us. This is why our quality management system was improved and certified in compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008 requirements in 2003.
	In order to enable every member of our staff to ensure invariably high level of client services in accordance with company culture and philosophy, we have pulled our effort together and elaborated the Client Servicing Guidelines, which are based on six base principles important to us.
	At the end of 2007 Firma L4 was certified to work in Lithuania in the fields of designing electric facilities and water supply and sewerage facilities.

We have obtained the following permits and licenses for performance of entrepreneurial activities:
